justrunthatshit.com ("we", "us") provides: free public demonstration tools and published audit reports (e.g. the DeepSeek 35% result); paid one-off private LLM Freedom Audits ($199); Enterprise subscriptions ($999/mo); and the paired moral dilemma "instrument" software where noted.
All outputs, reports, numbers, and recommendations are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Freedom Theory and all scenario results are research instruments — not legal, regulatory, medical, or safety certification. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for deploying models in high-stakes environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the audits, reports, dashboard, or instrument; decisions based on outputs; model behavior differing from audit observations; or loss/exposure of your keys or prompts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).
One-off private audits are non-refundable once the run has started or the report delivered. Enterprise subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice. We use Stripe (or invoicing for approved Enterprise).
Published flagship reports and open data are licensed per the audit page / GitHub. Private customer audit outputs belong to the paying customer upon delivery. The site design, "just run that shit" branding, Matrix aesthetic, Freedom Theory framing, and proprietary scenario generators are our IP.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your models, or decisions based on our reports.
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of laws.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
