The engagement
How a private audit is conducted.
- Payment. Choose an engagement and pay through Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe.
- Secure intake. We contact you at the email on your Stripe receipt within one business day to arrange the model, scenarios, NDA if required, and key handoff. We do not ask for keys through this page.
- Paired run. We run the observed and unobserved conditions, verify coverage before scoring, and quarantine incomplete arms.
- Evidence and briefing. You receive the raw JSON, action matrix, board-ready PDF/HTML report, and a private briefing. Keys and prompts are deleted after delivery unless you agree to longer retention.
Discretion by default
Private reports belong to the client. We do not publish client work, client data, or client model names without approval. Public research is separate from private engagements.

What exactly is delivered for $199?
A complete paired audit on up to 30 dilemmas using your model and key: raw observed and unobserved responses, an action matrix and drift analysis, a board-ready PDF plus HTML report, and a private briefing. The protocol matches the published DeepSeek audit.
How private is “private”?
The engagement is processed for your order only. Keys and prompts are deleted after delivery unless you opt into longer retention. We do not train on, resell, or publish private audit data. Programs can specify data residency and deletion terms. See the privacy policy.
Can we use our own model or private endpoint?
Yes. We support any litellm-compatible provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Grok, Together, Fireworks, and self-hosted vLLM endpoints. Custom base URLs are available for private clusters.
Is this a compliance certification?
No. This is behavioral evidence for your governance process, not a legal, regulatory, or safety certification. Results describe conduct under the tested prompts and should be read alongside the stated limitations.
Why is the published research free?
Because the method and the correction history should be checkable before anyone commissions private work. The paid engagement is the part that is specific to your model, your scenarios, and your confidentiality requirements.
Do you offer refunds?
One-off engagements are non-refundable once the run has started or the report has been delivered. If we cannot run the audit for a technical reason on our side, we will re-run it or refund the fee. Programs may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
